On November 4th The Gravel Pit released its PledgeMusic-funded 5th album “Serpent Umbrella” on DeeVeeUs Records. A 13 year hiatus followed the release of Mass Avenue Freeze-Out, the follow up to Silver Gorilla & The Gravel Pit Manifesto. The band’s first album, Crash Land, was produced by Memphis legend Jim Dickinson (The Replacements, Big Star). People in Boston and a few other cities love them.
